Eligibility

During the eligibility assessment period, users may qualify through either of the following routes:

  1. Average daily assets during October 4–October 17, 2026 meet the VIP1 threshold applicable to the user’s platform; or
  2. Based on the October 17, 2026 trading-tier snapshot, the rolling 30-day trading volume reflected in that snapshot meets the VIP1 threshold applicable to the relevant user

Only eligible users will see and access the gift-box claim entry in My Rewards. VIP thresholds and available products may vary by jursidction.

Important Notes

  1. This campaign offers limited-edition physical gift boxes only. They cannot be exchanged for USDT, cash, or any other alternatives.
  2. Gift boxes are available in limited quantities and will be distributed in accordance with campaign rules, subject to stock availability and final eligibility verification.
  3. Only eligible users may claim a gift box, select a size, and submit a delivery address within the specified period. Failure to complete all required steps within on the stipulated timeframe will result in forfeiture of eligibility. No extensions or replacements will be provided.
  4. Delivery of the gift boxes is limited to designated eligible locations. Shipping is unavailable to the following 29 countries or regions: Iraq, Egypt, Senegal, Ecuador, Venezuela, South Africa, Jordan, Tanzania, Argentina, Norway, the Dominican Republic, Ghana, Montenegro, Israel, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Colombia, the Cayman Islands, Serbia, Cyprus, Chile, Switzerland, Seychelles, the Bahamas, Moldova, and India.
  5. If your delivery address is located in any of the countries or regions listed above, OKX will be unable to arrange delivery. No USDT, cash, or other form of compensation will be provided.
  6. Before submitting your delivery address, please ensure that international delivery is available in your location. Eligibility will be forfeited if delivery cannot be completed due to an incomplete or invalid address, local laws or regulations, or logistics restrictions.
  7. Please ensure that your selected size, name, phone number, and delivery address are true, accurate, and complete. Once submitted, delivery details generally cannot be changed.
  8. Gift boxes require approximately one month for preparation. Shipping will be arranged as soon as preparation is complete, with deliveries expected to begin from December 2026. Delivery times may vary by country or region and are subject to the carrier and destination.
